Tortuga Harbor is a development consisting of approximately 45 acres along Hwy 361 in Corpus Christi, Texas. The site fronts the Packery Channel, which is a navigable body of water that connects to the Corpus Christi Bay, and further along, to the Gulf of Mexico. Tortuga Harbor will be a quaint, diverse, and colorful mixed-use marina neighborhood.
